I decided to start this blog because I wanted to have some where that I could find and connect with others that share a common interest with me... outdoor retail. I realize that there are probably few people that share this interest with me. It is a pretty specific topic, and many people don't care at all about one or both aspects of it.
So what do I mean by "outdoor retail?"
Well, I am an entrepreneur major at WKU, and the reason I chose this major is so that I could gain knowledge and experience in starting new ventures. Why does this interest me? One day I would like to own my own retail store. This retail store is going to be focused on a wide range of outdoor products. However, they will mainly be focused on mountain sports (i.e. climbing, hiking, snowboarding, skiing, etc). This is pretty much what I mean when I use the term "outdoor retail."
So this is it. I hope to gain so followers and get talking about the latest news in this fun and adventure based field!!
